Top issues during term (3)
mayor censure
Don’t expect a direct hit to your wallet—this censure is symbolic, so any cost is mainly staff time and political capital, not a new city expense.
city manager appointment
The appointment affects city payroll and the manager’s role in carrying out Greenbelt’s budget, though no salary or cost figures were provided.
reparations study commission
The immediate cost is likely the commission’s staff, research, and meeting expenses, while any future reparations spending remains undetermined.
